I’ve spent the last decade helping founders, early-stage teams and scale ups both as a design leader within large and small organizations. Most recently I worked with Gather’s leadership, designing a new product vision, build a world-class design team and crafting 0 -> 1 products.
Prior to that I managed and led Coinsquare’s design team, navigating through several company wide acquisition (including full design teams) where I worked to demystify crypto currency and offer safety. I’ve also worked as a product designer in the past, working with brands like Shutterstock, Nike and Ford to create immersive experiences.
Today I focus on leading and building design teams and taking care of my chihuahua and cat

CULTIVATING COLLABORATION
Our hypothesis centered on the power of natural, unscheduled collaboration to drive growth. By integrating collaboration features, we transformed our mobile app into an essential tool for virtual office interaction, shifting it from a clunky companion to a vital cornerstone of daily routines. We set ambitious goals: increased activation, retention, and revenue. These weren't just targets; they marked a fundamental shift towards making Gather an indispensable part of our users' daily lives, overcoming previous challenges of usability to redefine success.
